Create a kinder future for animals with a gift in your Will to OneKind

At OneKind we believe that no animal should ever suffer at the hands of a human.

Through your kindness you can help us make animal cruelty a thing of the past.

50% of the income we spend on campaigns comes from gifts in Wills. That means without these selfless gifts, we wouldn't have had so many successes. These gifts mean that we can work on campaigns as long as needed, gather the research, and educate those to be kinder to animals.

Why OneKind?

Since 1911, OneKind has fought to protect animals and create a world where humans offer nothing but kindness.

With love and kindness, we’ve been a lifeline for animals who couldn’t protect themselves.

OneKind has a long and proven history of fighting cruelty with kindness. For animals, we’re always here to offer care and protection. Our successes are many, but there’s still so much more to do. By including a gift in your Will, you’ll help us to fight cruelty with kindness long into the future. Animals and humans - we’re one of a kind.

A few words from Edna - a supporter who has included a gift in her Will

"Leaving a gift in my Will to OneKind was an easy decision to make."

How leaving a legacy creates a better world for animals

In recent times, our campaign to bring in CCTV to Scottish abattoirs resulted in the Scottish Government introducing compulsory video recording in all relevant areas of slaughterhouses in Scotland, we stopped the hedgehog cull on the Uists, ended the indiscriminate killing of seals and following a decade of campaigning, wild animals will no longer be used for entertainment in travelling circuses in Scotland. By changing laws to protect animals we stop cruelty from happening – forever. More recently, thousands of mountain hares will no longer be shot thanks to the amendment in the Animals and Wildlife (Penalties, Protections and Powers) Bill (Scotland).

Already leaving a gift in your Will for OneKind?

If you’ve already left a gift to OneKind, thank you. We would really appreciate it if you could let us know so we can keep you up to date with what’s happening at OneKind. If you would prefer not to, it’s no problem. You don’t have to tell us, it’s entirely up to you. Any conversation will be treated confidentially.

If you would like further information on leaving a gift to OneKind in your Will, or to tell us that OneKind is already in your Will, email Lauren call: 0131 661 9734 or complete this form.

Each year baby gannets are ripped from their families' nests and clubbed to death. Their parents, powerless, see their babies killed in front of them. The hunt is cruel, archaic and needless. Together, we must, and can, end it.
